Exchange Policy:
To avoid any inconvenience for our valued customers, we use standard US and EUR shoe sizes to help you pick the perfect size.
1. We offer an exchange in case there is a size issue or a quality concern from the company's end.
2. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 3 working days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done within 15 working days of complaint registration.
3. No exchange or refund for customised shoes and color or design change jutti.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
- No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained on international orders.
- The order would take around 15-20 working days to reach you depending on your location.
Refund Policy:

If you are not happy with your purchase, We do offer Refund on all orders, through Jazz Cash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer.
- Note: The maximum time for the payment refund process is 20 working days (you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it).
